So if you want to play in Full Screen Mode. Launch the Jnes exe and set Go full screen when rom is opened. Click on Options like the above Picture shows and then click Video and then Tick Go full screen when rom is opened. Click the Ok button to save and close the Dialog and next time you load a rom it will start in Fullscreen. Once the Dialogue opens in its Default Options. Select your Windowed Resolution preferred settings. You can also change your Draw Method to which is more suited to you. (shown above) On the Full Screen Resolution Section select your Full Screen Resolution preferred settings. On the Drawing Method Section select your preferred settings. I really recommend the use of Super2xSai if your card can handle it if you wish to play in Full Screen from Windowed Mode. Just press Alt + Enter on you Keyboard to go to Fullscreen and the same to return back to Windowed Mode: or Esc.
