Input Controller

(Using A PadKeyboard With Handy)

Handy has the Keyboard set for the input's Default. So if you have a pad/joystick the 1st stop is to set Joystick Input as Default. Click on Options like the above Picture shows and then click Joystick Enable. No need to set it up its good to go. The Pad - Direction Keys Are:

Button 1 - Lynx Button B (Gravis Gamepad - Red Button)
Button 2 - Lynx Button A (Gravis Gamepad - Blue Button)
Button 3 - Lynx Option 1 (Gravis Gamepad - Yellow Button)
Button 4 - Lynx Option 2 (Gravis Gamepad - Green Button)

Note: Enabling the joystick will slow the emulator slightly, hence the joystick defaults to off.

If you wish to just use the Keyboard: Click on Options and then Key definitions. This will then pop up the Keyboard Input Dialog (Shown Below) Once The Dialog Opens: You will see that it is already default mapped to:

Option 1 : 1, Option 2 : 2, Pause : Q, Inside Fire : Z, Outside Fire : X, Joypad : Arrow keys

Ok so in reality it isn't that easy so let's break it down for you before you go getting yourself all flustered. If you wish to change the Keyboard Config: You can click the button/s you wish to change, When you do click on a Button, the message (shown above) will wait for your next button pressed to be assigned to that key. Just click on the Button/s and apply it to where you want it assigned, and then click Done to close the Dialog and return to the main exe.

Now you are ready to start using a Gamepad or Keyboard how you like it in your Games.
