--- fixed bug that could truncate log files containing
% or %% in the raw filenames when scanning
--- 101 new SIDs
--- RSID file format support
--- Start of much improved naming.. see docs if you care
--- .cfg file makes fewer folders obsolete Windows OS
running FAT32 will have trouble with this unless
using 'dirs' option when renaming
