EasyMame is a MAME front end geared towards new users to MAME.
|
Features
Simple to use UI.
Uses very low system resources.
No extra .dll required (so no extra Runtime Libs etc.. there are many front-ends requiring this)
Only displays found and working roms. This was apparently a key request of many beginning users. So no confusing list with non working roms. Use Romclr Pro to update/verify the roms instead.
Game screenshot support. (Cycle mode included)
History.dat support
Individual game .ini support.
Option presets for beginners.
Record and Playback game action.
X-Arcade, Hotrod, Hotrod SE, Slickstick controller support
Up-to-date with mame 0.79 (led mode)
Multilanguage support. (Currently : English, Dutch, German and French)
Windows XP compatible. EasyMame is not tested on Windows 95/98/Me but it should work without any problems.
