FPSEce is a port of the Playstation emulator FPSE for the Pocket PC. Created by schtruck with help from LDChen.

Any Pocket PC running PocketPC2002 or PocketPC2003(Windows Mobile 2003), the ASUS A620
is recommended to get best performance.
As much free ram as you can allocate, the more the better. A minimum of at least 16MB
is reccomended.

Fpse_0.09.2_ppc2002&2003_armv4.zip - For all PocketPC arm based running on PocketPC 2002 or 2003.
Fpse_0.09.2_ppc2003_armv5.zip - For PocketPC Xscale based running only on PocketPC 2003.
