02. September, 2005 Version 1.3

- Educated ears (like the ones from R.Belmont :)) noticed that the
plugin's sound output was somewhat slower compared to the real PS2.

Well, I've finally found some time, and I've fixed it.

On the downside the plugin now needs a soundcard which can do 48Khz
output (but prolly all nowaday cards can do that, at least my test
  systems had no problems).

Please also be aware that some of the many pcsx2 patches are turning
off the sound (for example I was wondering why my FF10 PAL version
didn't play any sounds at all, until I've noticed that there was a
pcsx2 patch which disabled the menu sounds... for unknown reasons,
since after deleting the patch the music played fine in the plugin).

25. December, 2004 Version 1.2

- The plugin is now compatible with PCSX2 0.7!

- I've added (well, activated) the save state support. Use it at your own
  risk :)

- Also done: a small fix in the plugin debug window (Windows version only).

- Happy christmas :)

19. April, 2004 Version 1.1

- Changed and added and fixed all kind of things. The Bios should now
sound better, for example. I've also added an enhanced debugging
  window, for all interested coders.

If you want to use the plugin in PCSX2 0.6 (Windows version), please
use the "SPU2PeopsDSound_for_PCSX2_0_6.dll" file, since the standard
"SPU2PeopsDSound.dll" needs a newer version of PCSX2 (which is _not_
  released yet).

05. April, 2004 Version 1.0

- Ok, the first release of the P.E.Op.S spu2 plugins (Windows+Linux)
is available. As always, the full sources can be found on
  "http://sourceforge.net/projects/peops/".

It can be used with the latest PCSX2 release, of course, and if you
are lucky you will find some game/demo which will produce some
  noise :)

The plugin can emulate all 48 ADPCM channels of the PS2's spu, along
with ADSR envelope, reverb (untested) and interpolation.

There's also a debuggig mode (like the P.E.Op.S. PSX spu plugin),
and a sound recording window (storing playing sounds on-the-fly in
  wave files) available.

Big thanx go to Linuzappz and Kanodin, Elly & zenogais for the spu2
plugin informations (plugin interface and spu2 register addresses).
