JZINTV -- Joe Zbiciak's Intellivision Emulator for Linux
============================================================================

Welcome to jzIntv.

WARNING: This documentation was whipped together in a hurry. Email
me (im14u2c@primenet.com) if I leave something out.

Important Info
--------------

 jzintv homepage: http://www.primenet.com/~im14u2c/intv/
 Author: Joe Zbiciak (im14u2c@primenet.com)
Credits: Lots and lots. See the home page!

Quick Start
-----------

Almost everything of immediate interest is in jzintv/src/.

Make sure you have SDL 0.10.xx installed, and make sure the Makefile
points at it.

Run 'make'. It'll produce a binary named "jzintv" in "jzintv/bin".

Run 'jzintv -?' to get some usage information. You'll need an EXEC
image, a GROM image, and a GAME image in order to do anything. You can
use the stock EXEC.BIN, GROM.BIN and game ROM images that come with the
Intellivision Lives! CD.

Now, go digging around the source and start hacking!

Documentation
-------------

The 'jzintv/doc' directory contains all the documentation I have to
share at the moment.

Warning: jzintv/doc/jzintv/source.txt is very, very out of date.

Binaries
--------

You don't have any? Go buy an Intellivision Lives! CD, you cheapskate!
Go get it at http://www.intellivisionlives.com/ , ok? Either that,
or build a ROM dumper. In any case, I'm not going to encourage ROM
piracy.
