So if you want to play in Full Screen launch the Snes9x exe and set to Full Screen. Click on Options like the above Picture shows and then click Video Configuration then tick Full Screen to be able to go to Full Screen when the Rom is Loaded. (Video Settings in Snes9x) Once the Dialogue opens select your preferred settings like Stretch Image (to fill the screen)  On the Output Image Processing: Select your Mode/Filter of your Choice. If your card supports it i would recommend the excellent: Kreed's 2xSaI Filter Or Kreed's Super2xSaI Filter. Once selected go to the Display Mode Section to set your Full Screen Resolution settings and click Test mode. If it isn't the right Resolution click No and choose another, when correct click Yes and Ok to save the changes. (Video Settings in Snes9x) These extra settings may help you get a little more out of your Video Display in Snes9x: Just experiment with these options to see how you feel with the effect it has. Once you have checked all your settings are correct make sure you click ok.
