(Video Options in Project Tempest)

Click On Settings , Settings and then Video. As you can see there isn't a lot of choice here, everything is already set Including Window Mode. If you wish to play in Full Screen from Windowed Mode: Press Esc and the same to return back to Windowed Mode. Full Screen = 640x480 Resolution

If you want to go to Full Screen on Rom Load Just Tick Fullscreen Mode (Like Shown Above) Once you have unticked it, Click the Ok Button to Close the Dialog and return to the main Exe. Now when you load a Rom it will start in Fullscreen! You can still Press The ESC Button to return to Window Mode and back To Fullscreen again.

If you want to Disable the FPS that gets Displayed on the Top Left Hand Side of the Screen You Either Untick the "Limit Frame Rate To 60Hz" Option (Like Shown Above) Once you have unticked it, Click the Ok Button to Close the Dialog and return to the main Exe. Now when you load a Rom it will no longer Display the FPS! You can still Press F11 On your Keyboard and it will Enable/Disable the FPS also. You can also Try putting on the Bilinear Filtering if your GFX Card can handle it. It will make it a little Blury but smooth out the edges at the same time. Have a look at the examples taken below in Fullscreen at 640x480 Resolution (Defualt)

Click to Enlarge the Screen Shots to See the Difference Between Bilinear Filtering On and Off.

(Sound Options in Project Tempest)

Click On Settings, Settings and then Sound. As you can see sound is already enabled and set to Sound Frequency 44100hz.

If you want to Disable sound you just Select no Sound and click ok to return to the Main Exe. Now you can play and listen to your Music like my Wife loves to do
